We have some exciting news to share with you…..Beginning in early July of 2026, businesses which are currently operating under Monson Companies, LLC will be merging into Azelis US, LLC….for you, day-to-day, not much will change.

This is a strategic step designed to strengthen our foundation so we can serve you better over the long term. What that means in practice is a more resilient digital infrastructure and a more efficient operating platform working behind the scenes.

What Will Be Different

Mostly administrative tasks:

  • Product IDs and banking details will be updated. As a result of this merge, you will be required to set up a new entity in your system: Azelis US, LLC, which will include a new EIN, etc. So, banking details will change of course, but so will the EIN, etc.
  • We will communicate these changes clearly and in advance, so there is no disruption to your payments or processes.
  • You may see some new faces on our team. Additional members may be brought in to support your account — we will make proper introductions and ensure a seamless handoff where relevant.

What Will Stay the Same

We know continuity matters. Here is what you can count on remaining unchanged:

  • The people you know and trust will continue to be your primary point of contact.
  • Our labs and technical team are still here for you. The specialists who provide innovative, application-focused solutions will continue to be available as always.
  • Our service standards will be upheld. We are committed to ensuring you the best customer experience possible.
  • All legal documents, NDA, rebates, supply agreements, quality agreements, etc. will transition to the combined, new entity, Azelis US, LLC
